The Grand Ballroom at Liberty House features 35’ ceilings, exposed woodwork, finished metal, and soft, neutral colors, the Grand Ballroom offers the blank canvas of your dreams. Dinner
Floor-to-ceiling windows, panoramic views, and wrap-around terrace provide a refreshing escape for your guests. The fall-inspired dinner will be served family style and will include delectable appetizers including fluke crudo, an Autumn harvest salad, and cider-glazed pork belly, and a black truffle risotto as the mid-course dish. The main entree features braised short rib, charred carrots, rosemary potatoes, and more.
The Experience
To end the dinner, there will be a coffee panna cotta paired with tableside Cafe Brulot. Maddy Rose provides extensive dinner, brunch, and dessert menus curated by Chef Anthony Bucco. Its dinner menu features small plates noted as “Snackables” like the Citrus Grilled Shrimp and Steak Tartare, as well as entrees noted as “Craveables” like the Golden Grain Harvest Bowl, Pan Seared Tuna, Liberty burger, and more. The menu also includes “Shareables” like the Whole Red Snapper and the Angry ‘Two-Tail’ Lobster, and vegetable-forward sides like roasted mushroom and grilled broccolini. As an added personal touch, roses are featured throughout the dining experience as a tribute to Maddy Rose and her influence in this new venture.
